Dear Colleague,
We have asked Opinion Research Services (ORS), an independent social research company, to conduct a confidential survey asking you how you feel about a range of issues that shape the way you work.
As your employer, we genuinely want to hear your views and we believe that your contributions are invaluable. It is very important that as many employees as possible complete the questionnaire. The results will be seriously considered and will help us to develop and shape many of our future plans.
The survey will be run by ORS (Opinion Research Services). Please be honest with your replies - this survey is anonymous and your responses will not be traced back to you individually. ORS meet the requirements of the Data Protection Act and will destroy all responses after they’ve been processed and analysed.
The deadline for the survey to be completed is 23rd January 2017.
